Yes, I think either nested or grep styles would work great for that. You need to create a character style for the red text. There are a number of tutorials on this site at lynda.com on those topics. For example: https://creativepro.com/5-cool-things-you-can-do-with-grep-styles.php

The grep code for “five digits in a row with dashes on either side” is -\d{5}-
