The key word here is ‘reflowable’. If you do mean that you want the EPUB to be reflowable then the page size is irrelevant as the page is not converted, only the content. And with reflowable probably not all the content and certainly not the page design (no full bleed images, no text over images, no rotations, no transparency) and you will have very little control over the fonts.
