If you regularly produces such publications, I would recommend using EasyCatalog. You could create your custom hyperlinks in just a blink with just a inch of setup.
But at the very least you could use datamerge to first populate the data and then run a script to create the hyperlinks. But once again, if you build catalogs and directories very often, you should consider EasyCatalog.
