With those quantities, it sounds like you need imposition software, which is a quicker way of getting 6 on a sheet than doing it in InDesign.

There are scripts/plugins out there of all prices and abilities.

Search InDesign Imposition to find something for your version, or hopefully someone here will have more suggestions.
