I’m not sure why it’s getting bigger or positioning lower. It’s always been my experience that it will shift to the left. And that’s because the cut/shoulder of the font is removed when making an outline.

Hopefully someone will chime in with an explanation or solution, but I can’t think of any solutions so far as movement.
