Peter Kahrel’s repository of scripts is an immensely important resource for anyone who works on long documents in InDesign. It contains essential scripts for batch converting files, sorting and merging tables, working with book documents, managing footnotes and endnotes, using GREP, and much, much more.
Recently, Peter made the decision to move and close down his website. So when the scripts needed a new home, we were more than delighted to host them. You can now find the repository at https://creativepro.com/files/kahrel/indesignscripts.html
If you have bookmarks or links to the scripts at his old site, be sure to update them since that site has gone offline.

how Can we add a Language to index Sort Option Like Persian (Farsi) or Urdu Language
Updated Peter’s Show Document Fonts script to reflect font.adobe fonts. Can I, and how do I, upload the update?
I can’t download any script. The instruction to “…Save Link/Target As” isn’t coming up. All I can extract is a text file which isn’t very helpful. Can you advise? I’m using a Mac.

The script under “Remove spurious white space” seems to be missing. I would be extremely curious to know how Peter solved it because in my version the GREP change from “\h+$” to nothing froze InDesign many times (and many times not: it seems to be depending on the actual document). This would be a solution for removing all white spaces (only the “horizontal” ones) at the end of the paragraphs. The manual change works, it is a problem only in a script. I couldn’t learn why it fails in certain documents…
