With free membership, it allows graphics artists, web designers, art directors, and consumers to obtain legal royalty free stock images for use in electronic and print materials for free at web resolutions or starting as low as £1.99 for higher resolutions. The highest resolutions, suitable for full print up to A4, are only £4.99.
Free Stock Photos is a collaboration between 5 professional photographers and designers who realised that in the world of digital sharing, photography need not be left out. And, because both photographers and designers are involved they can make available the sort of images the people actually want to use!

Another great aspect of the site is that photographers from all over the world can join and put their digital images or illustrations on the site too. This will help the deapth of free stock photos the site eventually holds.
