Topaz Labs makes image-editing and effects software for photographers. Now the company is about to come out with a new effect, called Lens Effects, that reminds me a bit of the many specialty effects apps available for iPhone photography.
However, Lens Effects is meant for editing digital images on your desktop, and its list of possibilities stretches much longer than the normal iPhone app. Here’s a sampling of the 18 effects, which include more than 100 built-in settings (and of course, you can create your own custom settings, as well:

• Dual Tone
• Fish Eye
• Miniatures
• Motion
• Old School
• Tilt-Shift
• Vignette
