New Contest! The Riddle of the Ring
Solve this InDesign mystery for a chance at winning a great prize.
Hey folks, it’s time for another InDesign mystery that you can solve for a chance to win an awesome prize!
The idea for this contest came from FransĀ van der geest. Check out hisĀ websiteĀ andĀ blogĀ for some great InDesign resources in Dutch. Thanks, Frans!
Here’s the scenario:Ā
With apologies to Tolkien fans, hereās a Riddle of the Ring that even Bilbo Baggins couldnāt solve (because as far as I know they didnāt have InDesign in Middle Earth).
You have a single page document. The only thing on that page is a single rectangular frame filled with Black and no stroke. In the center of the frame, appears aĀ mysterious ring.

There are no linked or embedded graphics.
There is nothing pasted into the frame.
What is making this ring appear in the frame?
This month’s prize is 3 months access to videos of any 2 days of CreativePro Week 2017.
TheĀ winner will be chosen at random from all the correct answers I receive before December 18, 2017
