Andromeda Software, Inc. today announced the release of the new multi-platform, Adobe InDesign CS2 compatible plug in: ChartMaker. ChartMaker is the latest plug-in to be included into Andromeda’s UtilityBelt, which is comprised of the Andromeda plug-ins: Configurable Toolbar (CTBar) and TypeEffects and now, ChartMaker. UtilityBelt is available as a digital download product from the Andromeda online store.
Free upgrades for registered users of CTBar and UtilityBelt to UtilityBelt3.0 with the new plug in: ChartMaker will be available by calling 1-800-547-0055 or (805)379-4109. UtilityBelt is compatible with InDesign CS2 and Windows 2000/XP and Mac OS X.
About ChartMaker
ChartMaker allows for easy creation of pie charts directly within InDesign. ChartMaker allows you to input up to 10 entries, within the format of full-pie or half-pie charts. Other features include: option for 2D or 3D display, label placement either around the chart or within a legend, the ability to explode individual pieces of the chart, and multiple pre-set color options that are customizable. The output is vector based, and entirely editable. ChartMaker makes creating pie charts within InDesign a quick and easy reality.
Upgrade to CTBar
As a default, when CTBar is opened, it will automatically launch with the other UtilityBelt plug-ins (TypeEffects and ChartMaker) displayed as icons within the CTBar along with the other default icons.
