CreativeTechs reports that design faculty from Australia’s Swinburne University of Technology have posted close to 10 hours of instructional videos on using Adobe Flash. And they’re all free!
You can subscribe to the videos in iTunes or watch them on the university’s Web site.
Note that the video instructors use Flash MX 2004. However, many of the concepts apply to newer versions of the software, too.
