Over on the Deviant Art website, Julia Starr is giving away scores of Photoshop actions she’s created. You can apply any of these actions to a photo and instantly change its mood.
While some people who distribute their actions for free limit use to personal projects only or require that you include creator credit, Starr gives you carte blanche to use the actions in commercial artwork as well as your personal projects, and she doesn’t ask that you credit her.
