iThemez™ (www.ithemez.com) is a new company producing themes (background menus) for use with iDVD®, Apple’s highly acclaimed DVD authoring software. Prior to the release of Volume 1, iThemez is making two of its high quality themes available as free downloads to sample both style and quality. As with future themes in the first volume, the free downloads include animated backgrounds and drop zones. One of them even includes an intro movie, multiple drop zones, and original sound. Both themes, which are fully functional, are available now in the Downloads section of the iThemez web site. Quicktime® preview videos of the free themes are available as well to illustrate how the themes may be used. iThemez have been created for use with iDVD 5 and Tiger, although they are also usable with iDVD 4 and Panther. iThemez will also provide free support for it’s themes, including a helpful hints section, via it’s open forum, accessible through the Support section of the website. At iThemez, we have been using and enjoying iDVD since it’s initial release. And now, beginning with the two free iDVD themes available online, iThemez will soon be debuting spectacular theme sets to meet the needs of all kinds of projects.
