How to Selectively Recolor Your Artwork in Illustrator
Learn how to recolor artwork quickly in Illustrator by selecting objects with the Magic Wand, then adjusting the hue and saturation levels in the color wheel.
In this “Three Minutes Max” video, Laura Coyle is back with tips on recoloring your Illustrator artwork. By using the Magic Wand to first select groups of colors, she then opens the Recolor Artwork panel to adjust the hue and saturation across the selected objects. Laura also throws in a bonus tip for locking down the saturation level while adjusting the hue on the color wheel.
Three Minutes Max comes from a fun—yet very competitive—session at our annual CreativePro Week conference. Speakers have three minutes to wow the audience with the tip and win a prize for a lucky conference attendee.
