Designers Under 30, Take Note
A career opportunity for the young and talented: StockFood is again sponsoring the “FAB Futures Award” for designers aged 30 or under, offering ambitious young professionals the chance to make a name for themselves in food marketing. The Futures Award is part of the 11th FAB Awards, an internationally recognized creative awards program. Uniquely, this program is entirely devoted to the food and beverage sector.

Our FAB Futures Award is specially aimed at those young talents who’ll be the new generation of leaders in the profession. Promoting new blood means a lot to us.“
StockFood’s FAB Futures Award is open to designers up to the age of 30. They may already be employed by an agency, working freelance or still studying. Their challenge is to create either a print or online promotion for a fictitious food or beverage brand. In the print category, entrants must use one of ten images provided by the sponsoring picture agency StockFood, to design either a press ad, poster or packaging for the brand. In the online advertisement category – completely new for 2009 – any image can be freely chosen from StockFood’s entire food image database.
Entries for the Award must be in by 31st March 2009.
