Hi, Mike. Great video. However, I don’t have PP or the MS system. I use a Mac and Keynote. Is there a way to do this great technique in either Keynote or in any of the Adobe programs? Thanks!

    • Mike Parkinson says:

Hi Laurie. Glad you like the effect. Yes! In Keynote, create a mask and play your video behind it… Draw a white box that is the same size as your slide. Next, create text and use the text as a mask (to see through your box shape). Next, put the video behind the mask and play it. Google ‘creating a mask in Keynote’ if you aren’t sure how to do it.
