Client Gift: You-Branded Coasters
If you’re in the position to send client gifts this year and still haven’t started the process, you’re probably aware that the 2009 holiday season is bearing down on you like a runaway rhino. Perhaps, like Scrooge, you can benefit by looking at holiday seasons past.
For the 2008 holiday season, Charse Jarvis’ photography studio created a gift that was also a promotional piece for the studio: an elegantly simple package of drink coasters printed with silhouettes of the studio staff. It’s a client gift that’s useful enough it won’t get thrown away; and unlike food, coasters are lasting enough that they’ll stay in front of the recipients for a while.
Chase documents the process on his blog.
