Colors dimmed

      I’m working on a few book covers in InDesign, and having trouble with my background colors.
      All the color settings of the boxes seem to be fine, and the hex codes and rgb values are correct, but on the page the colors are dimmed.

      I thought it was just a visualization problem, because the colors go back to normal while I’m scrolling through the pages, and are dimmed again the second I stop scrolling, but it’s happening once I export the file to other formats too, so much that the shades are visibly different from the same colors in images made with illustrator or even powerpoint.

      Is there any way to fix this? Thank you

      Might be your transparency blend mode?

      Thanks! I changed it to RGB and that fixed it.
