Pictaculous: New Color Palette Generator
Pictaculous, a new color palette generator, comes from an unlikely source: MailChimp, the email marketing provider. Despite those head-scratching origins, it’s a handy little thing.
Say you’re walking down the street, as I was when I took the image below, and you see an inspiring tableau.

Snap it with your phone, email the photo to co****@*******mp.com, and in a few minutes, you’ll get a reply with color suggestions pulled from Adobe’s kuler and from ColourLovers. On the Pictaculous Web site, the results are instantaneous.

Go ahead and try it — it’s free!
