MindNode Pro 1.0.2 Now Available
Markus Mueller today has announced MindNode Pro 1.0.2, an update to his popular mind mapping application for Mac OS X Leopard. With a focus on ease-of-use, MindNode Pro features a very simple and intuitive interface that lets the user focus on expressing and developing ideas.
MindNode Pro was specifically created with the user in mind so nearly no time is required to learn the interface. By leveraging technologies introduced in Leopard, MindNode Pro’s new features are carefully integrated and only surface when required. Easily print, share and export mind maps as TIFF image, FreeMind, PDF, HTML or OPML documents.
Among MindNode Pro’s most prolific features is that maps are not restricted to the size of a page. Multiple maps can be used on one canvas and the application resizes automatically in the background accordingly.
MindNode Pro offers several ways to create new nodes. Double-click on the canvas to create a new root node. Simply click and drag the node well to create a new child node. This approach makes MindNode very adept at creating visually appealing mind maps. MindNode Pro also includes several built-in keyboard shortcuts to quickly create nodes during brainstorming sessions. Nearly all interactions can be performed very easily with the keyboard.
Feature highlights include:
* Visually Appealing Mind Maps
* Full Keyboard Support
* Clean and easy interface
* No file format lock-in
* Easily reconnect nodes by using drag and drop
Minimum Requirements:
* Mac OS X Version 10.5 Leopard or later
* Universal Binary for PowerPC and Intel
* 5.4 MB Hard Drive space
Pricing and Availability:
MindNode Pro 1.0.2 is priced at 11.95 Euro for a single-user license. A fully functional demo is available. The unregistered version has no time limit and allows the use of every feature of the registered version. The only difference is a 20-node limit and a watermark when printing.
