Two horizontal rules on the same line?

      Does anyone have any cool techniques they could share for creating two horizontal rules on the same line.

      The sort of thing you see in forms (name, address etc etc)

      Obviously I don't want to draw rules manually; and I can apply rule below using the “Paragraph rules” palette, but how about creating a second line that falls on the same “y” co-ordinate?

      I recommend you to check this article first (just to be sure you know everything about paragraph rules – for example: rule above and rule below both can be under the text it's just the question of offset value) then read this one. I think you'll be able to create anything you want to after reading these :)
