Pdf export problem

      Anyone got any good tips on troubleshooting why I can't export from ID5?

      It creates a zero k pdf file, I can't quit ID either.

      It prints ok.

      Looks like an OS problem. I installed Lion last Autumn on my 2011 iMac and have had lots of glitches all over the place (eg., mouse loosing connection; iPhoto hanging, and about 8 other teeth-gritting anoyances.) One of these is ID CS 5.5 has quit “unexpectedly” twice, whereas previous versions, (1 and 2) were rock solid over the several years that I used them before upgrading to CS 5.5.

      No not an OS problem, at least not involving Lion as we are still running Snow Leopard in the studio here.

      Have you fully updated to the latest patch?

      If so – can you try putting the InDesign files into a book (a copy of the files) and try exporting from the book panel?

      Let me know how that goes.
