GREP? Capitalise first letter after carriage return?

      This is probably a longshot, but I've imported a word document full of tables into indesign, tidied up the bullet lists that are in the individual cells, but each line of bulleted text starts with the first letter of the first word as lowercase. Is it possible to capitalise these?

      Also, is it possible to insert a semicolon at the end of each line of text?
