Document presets — upgrade CS4 to CS5.5

      Over the time I have been using ID CS4, I have defined some 20 different document presets for the various documents I need to create from time to time. I don’t know if that is regarded as a high number or not. Now that I have upgraded to CS5.5, suddenly I am reduced to just one — [default].

      Is there some way to import all my presets from CS4 or do I need to recreate them all, one-by-one?

      I seem to recall reading somewhere that it is possible to do it (perhaps by copying a folder from one place to another) but cannot recall what it was or where I read it.

      Can you help me?
