      Hi!

I created a library of the 10 chapters of my book. I printed each individual chapter as a PDF, merged in Acrobat, and printed it off at the print shop.

In the library and ID document, Chapter 8 begins at page 89 and Chapter 7 ends on page 88, but in the PDF it starts at page 91. So when I printed the document it appeared that two pages were missing. I just checked the ID and library files, and Chapter 8 begins at page 89.

I am aware that odd numbers begin on the right-hand side of the page, and in the library options I set it so that new files begin with an odd number.

Has this happened to any of you? I am concerned that my proof copy may say Chapter 8 begins on page 91 instead of page 89.

      Please offer your insights.

      Thanks,

      Kay
