In CS4 and earlier, you could lock the position of a text box and still edit the text. I have about 10,000 documents created in CS4, and when I open them in CS5, I can't edit the text in the locked text box until I “unlock all on spread.”

Does anyone know how to get around this, so I can edit the text in the locked box without having to unlock all on spread first?

Go to the preferences and find the “Allow Selection of Locked Objects” or similar
