Apple Sues Over Logo — Again
In 2007 and 2008, Apple sued New York City because the hardware and software manufacturer thought the GreeNYC logo veered too close to the Apple logo:

Now Apple is at it again, saying that the Australian Woolworths Supermarkets’ redesigned logo is a little too close to Cupertino’s territory:
