Download Dozens of Free InDesign Templates
Beginning with InDesign CS5, Adobe didn’t package templates along with the application software. InDesignSecrets (co-founded by David Blatner and Anne-Marie Concepcion) has remedied that situation by hosting dozens of the templates on a special section of the InDesignSecrets website. Here’s a taste of the types of templates available to you:
Books
Brochures
Business Cards
Catalogs
CD/DVD covers and labels
Certificates
Flyers
Forms
Manuals
Media kits
Menus
Newsletters
Newspapers
Posters
Presentations
Resumes

Along with the templates, InDesignSecrets provides the following caveats:
* Because the file format is CS4, need InDesign CS4, CS5, or CS5.5 to open any template.
* The files are subject to Adobe’s licensing agreements (explained on the site).
* Some of the files are structured a little oddly; it’s best to treat them as starting points, not finished products. But that’s probably how you’d treat any template.
