Download these Chilly Type Toppers Before Spring
A few days ago, CreativePro.com published a Photoshop tutorial by Deke McCleland that shows you how to make any type look like it’s dripping with icicles. Now we’ve found a vector version of chilly type.
The folks at Carson Park Design have a blog, textwrap, devoted to
typography and etymology. In a textwrap post, they noted that when they couldn’t find a “cartoonish, frozen-styled font” they liked, they got creative and designed their own “congealed snow clumps and icicles” that can go on a layer above any character of any font.
Now they’re giving away their creation as PDF file that you can open and pick apart in Illustrator or another vector design software.
Download the snowy PDF here.
