WordOutput Released, BatchOutput Updated
Zevrix Solutions released WordOutput 1.0, a new program that automates output of multiple documents from Microsoft Word on Mac OS X.
With virtual PDF printers such as Adobe PDF or CUPS-PDF, you can also automate creation of PDF files from Word. You can also e-mail or fax multiple documents using such virtual printer as PageSender. Just add Word files to the WordOutput list, adjust the settings, and WordOutput will do the rest for you automatically.
Similar utilities for Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, ExcelOutput and PowerPointOutput, will be introduced shortly. ExcelOutput is currently in the beta stage and beta-testers who provide feedback will receive a free copy of the program (see Beta Read Me file for details).
