Part 2 to that question – is there a way in the Links panel to tell if an eps file is a vector file or a pixel file? I work with indd files sometimes that have a mix of both kinds of eps files.
Same question for a psd, if it has vector shape layers in it or ai smart objects in it, will it also print fine at whatever size I make it indd? Or does using photoshop cancel out the vector goodness?

One more reason for having it be a toggle – I access my work computer at home from my personal computer, and the automatic highlighting really makes the remote connection drag.
