You have to use nameChanger 2-times. I Made video for you, enjoy :)

After export you can use other software to rename.
for example:

on PC:
Total commander
https://www.ghisler.com/download.htm

MAC OS:
https://mrrsoftware.com/namechanger/

both are free ;)
