if I were you, I would set up the workflow according to the folders. instead of _DK or _EN files it is enough to use files with the same names and divide them into DK and EN folders, then just change the folder with links / 3 clicks

you can achieve this by 2 scripting languages. Javascript and Autohotkey. (im not a programator – it is my hobby) but my idea is:
JS can select all text on the page and copy to clipboard. Then use AHK to split text based on paragraphs characters (all indd file have to same layout – same numbers of paragraphs) here:

I belive this can be done just with Javascript, but i cant do this. But with combination with these two languages i am able to do this.

Try this: right click, open with… select InDesign cc and check use this program as default.
Or something like that. it helped me. Second option is PathFinder. Change default program thru PathFinder and it should work.
