Although it also finds multiple carriage returns that are not followed by a break, so it is not very specific.

Just make a caption, and refer to that. You can make the caption invisible (0,1 pt, no colour) and group it with the image.

Maybe you could try this, just changing the part between the month and the year in .+
(January|February|March| April|May|June|July|August|September|October|November|December).+\d{2,4}
