Hello Chhavi, are you using InMath or MathTools V1 from movemen (my company) to build your equation?

You might be interested in looking into our Version 2 of the product. It extends the existing HTML export and exports MathML for the equations.

We recently presented MathTools V2 at the WoodWing Xperience 2014 event in Lisbon. And we have records of some parts of that presentation (sorry, audio didn’t make it into the recording)
