David BlatnerKeymasterDoes this work?
<e.?g.?>
(My guess is that you had backslashes in your post, but our forum eats them. You need to type backslash twice in a row or else they disappear here.)
David BlatnerKeymasterSelect the text frame with “Made with InDesign” in it and then set the Animation panel like this, wiht the Appear present and the Loop checkbox on:

Does that help?

David BlatnerKeymasterOnly if you turn your computer on its side. :(
No, I don't think it offers that kind of control, sorry.
David BlatnerKeymasterYes, using Spreads is okay in this situation. In fact, it's even better because you get fold lines automatically. More here:
David BlatnerKeymasterSometimes people see posts and sometimes they don't. I don't have a good gauge for what will get answered. A lot of it depends on how much time people have to look at the forum posts. Sigh.
David BlatnerKeymasterThis is a feature of Acrobat Pro, not InDesign. But yes, I believe it is possible! Also check out Adobe's FormsCentral site.
David BlatnerKeymasterProbably not, but if there is anything, my guess is that it would be something here: https://www.kahrel.plus.com/ind…..notes.html
David BlatnerKeymasterYou can use the Animation panel inside InDesign to make something appear and disappear, or animate in various ways.
David BlatnerKeymasterThis looks like a great use case fo DocsFlow from EmSoftware.com ! Check it out.
David BlatnerKeymasterAre you trying to build an HTML page? Or PDF? Or SWF/Flash?
David BlatnerKeymasterHey, it's UP! Adobe has finally launched the new user group site!
David BlatnerKeymasterYou're right that there are font licensing issues with PDFs, EPUBs, and all other digital files. I believe you can get around them by converting everything to outlines (do it the right way: https://creativepro.com/con…..pdated.php )
But most fonts (certainly all adobe fonts) can be embedded properly in these digital files. I've never understood the concerns of font foundries that don't allow this.

David BlatnerKeymasterCheck out Power Headers from in-tools.com
David BlatnerKeymasterAlso, the Object tab of the Find/Change dialog box doesn't require you to search for ALL the formatting. You should be able to dial in just the red stroke (or whatever)… maybe you were being too detailed in your search.
David BlatnerKeymasterEach program has their own font folders, too. For example, if you look inside the InDesign application folder, you'll find a Fonts folder.
