David BlatnerKeymasterAh! I see what you mean. Those are all general graphic design terms, not specific to InDesign.
As for the movies being unlocked… I can understand your desire, but of course please remember that this is how we make our living. If everything were free, then we would not be able to afford running this web site, and doing the free work we do. :-)

David BlatnerKeymasterI talk about this in great detail in my titles InDesign Insider Training: Color Management and also Working with Photoshop and Illustrator courses.
The quick version is: you can place RGB images into InDesign and have it convert to whatever CMYK profile you want when you export to PDF.
We also talk about this here:
https://creativepro.com/import-rgb-images-indesign-convert-cmyk-export.php
David BlatnerKeymasterWow, that is a big question. There are so many terms in InDesign, I think the best solution is usually to search our site or the Adobe site for what things are.
We started something similar to this years ago:
https://creativepro.com/the-not-so-ultimate-guide-to-translating-quarkxpress-terms-to-indesign-terms.phpHowever, some of your terms are surprising to me… leaf? sink? zero field area? Where do you see these in InDesign?
David BlatnerKeymasterHi Erica! That sounds like something got stuck somewhere on your system… restarting InDesign doesn’t fix it? Restarting computer? Rebuilding preferences?
David BlatnerKeymasterVarun, do you mean words that are inside InDesign? Or you are trying to create a glossary inside InDesign? I don’t really understand. How can we help?
David BlatnerKeymasterI decided to write up my thoughts on this a little more thoroughly:
David BlatnerKeymasterHard to know. Are you opening the HTML that points to the SWF? Or just the SWF itself? Maybe there is some other interactive object sitting on top of the hyperlink? Does it work if you export it as interactive pdf?

David BlatnerKeymasterYou usually need to select both the middle and the bottom border. See: https://creativepro.com/easier-table-fill-and-stroke-formatting.php
December 22, 2015 at 1:00 pm in reply to: Hidden Typeface — Cannot Remove or Convert to Outlines #80398
David BlatnerKeymasterMy guess is that it’s inside one of your character or paragraph styles. In Find Font, click “More Info” and see if it’s inside a style, or what page it’s on… etc.
See:
https://creativepro.com/indesigns-font-manager.php
and

David BlatnerKeymasterWhat typeface does it say it there? I think Minion Pro cannot be removed, because it is part of the basic paragraph style.
Why are you converting to outlines?! I don’t think you should do this… see https://creativepro.com/converting-text-to-outlines-the-right-way.php
David BlatnerKeymasterIt’s funny, no?
I should probably remove this whole thread, but I find it vaguely amusing. :-)
David BlatnerKeymasterWow, I haven’t seen that problem, but I haven’t been doing much with books panels recently.
Have you tried resetting your preferences? I strongly recommend people do that after upgrading to a new version.
David BlatnerKeymasterNo, there’s no way in InDesign to say “this section should be landscape.”
There are some ways to “fool” it with third-party plug-ins such as
https://in-tools.com/products/plugins/style-utilities/
or
Then you could use Primary Text Frames on master pages and have them automatically update based on the content of the page. -
