David BlatnerKeymaster@Russell: I think that’s built in to InDesign. Select the path, and choose inside the Start or End popup menus inside the Stroke panel.
David BlatnerKeymasterI have not seen those. Sounds strange. But you should be able to delete them from the Bookmarks panel? See this article:

David BlatnerKeymasterBlank? That’s weird. You can export as PNG or JPEG… I usually export as PDF and then open the PDF in Photoshop (I find that provides the best quality).
David BlatnerKeymasterI believe it’s called the Application Bar. I don’t think you can make it go away in the current version.

David BlatnerKeymasterTry pressing the Tab key (when not editing text). That hides all the UI elements.
If you’re on the Mac, I think that bar stays up, but if you turn off View > Application Frame, then that, too, goes away.
If you’re trying to take over the whole screen, you could use presentation mode:

David BlatnerKeymasterUnfortunately, I don’t know any way to do this on Windows, other than exporting one layer at a time as a PDF, then opening each and combining in Photoshop.
On the Mac, there is an AppleScript that does this:

David BlatnerKeymaster@Edward: Peter wrote a new version of the script, and it has been updated (at the same link in the magazine). I just tried it and Save works on the Mac now. Whew!
Thank you, Peter!

David BlatnerKeymasterOoops! You’re right. It’s not really the same, but it doesn’t let you name the script… so Save is kind of useless at the moment. Let’s see if Peter K can work up a fix.
David BlatnerKeymasterYou can set a cell fill to None. But there is no partial transparency for individual cells… just the frame.
David BlatnerKeymasterE Davis: Does it help if you click once on the page? That should activate the corner/side handles. As was said above: you need to Option/Alt drag the handles to make it stick.
Not sure why the Control panel isn’t displaying anything. That’s weird. Maybe quit and relaunch InDesign, or… if the Control panel really is blank, maybe this post:

David BlatnerKeymasterOne way to do it is to search in Adobe Bridge.

David BlatnerKeymasterOops! OK, I fixed that link now.
David BlatnerKeymasterUnfortunately, there is no such thing as “most accurate” when it comes to RGB to CMYK (or vice versa) conversions because each is like a set of ingredients in a cooking recipe — but the ingredients taste different in different places. For example, cyan ink looks different on a printing press vs. inkjet printer vs. newspaper printer, etc. So that’s where the topic of “color management” comes in.
I have a course on “indesign color management” that might be helpful, on LinkedIn Learning.
