MemberThank you so much! That is exactly what I was looking for.

MemberFair question. I guess the difference is one willl not have to navigate to the folder manually. Being a multinational company with a ridiculously complicated Dropbox folder structure one can get lost. If I could simply document setup for newbies it would be a quick win.

MemberNope, my document has 3mm bleed. And it says so in the PDF dialogue box too. Might have to do a uninstall/reinstall. It’s driving me crazy.

MemberEven with ‘use document bleed settings’ or adding it manually I have no bleed. Which is why I’m convinced something is wrong.

MemberIf I covert a row into a header row it is adds a header across all pages that the table appears. Often this is what one is after, but recently I’ve come across an instance where the table needs so continue without having the header repeating on the next page. In which case I’d tend to covert the header row into a ‘normal’ row, however, in terms of accessibility, as far as I understand tables should have header rows. Currently my hack is to overlay a white rectangle over it so it isn’t ‘seen’ by the visual audience, but still is readable by a screen reader…
As far as I know there hasn’t been an assessable PDF event in NZ… here’s to dreaming.

MemberI spoke too soon.
The Hyperlink panel doesn’t offer any obvious solutions to delete the hyperlink destinations. Not does any Grep I can work out.
If I copy a word with the invisible ” : ” The Story editor no longer shows the [ o ] but the invisible character is still persistent.
Still confused.Screenshot: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/81951/Screen%20Shot%202016-09-17%20at%2011.05.58%20am.png

MemberDwayne — let me buy you a beer! That helped heaps. Seems my obsession with checking the ‘Keep with previous’ box was my downfall as it negated the keep with next lines. Figured the checkbox was required to make the following one work.
Thanks again.Caspian Ievers
MemberThanks for the links and suggestions guys! I feel I’m moving forwards.
