      Hello All,

Is it possible to add zoom and pan buttons in InDesign when exporting as SWF file?

I am somewhat familiar with actionscript 3 and probably could eventually create the necessary code in Flash, but I would love to try and stay in InDesign.

      Thank you for any suggestions,

Well, I am guessing that in order to do this, I need to export the SWF file from InDesign and then stick it in some sort of Flash file with the ID SWF file being wrapped within an outer player.

I have seen eDocker, but it is too expensive for my needs. Zoomify may be another option, but it does not seem to be as advanced as eDocker.

Maybe I should ask this question on an actionscript forum….

      Thank you for the looks,

InDesign itself cannot do this… I usually recommend eDocker for this kind of thing. It's surprisingly inexpensive compared to hiring a developer!
