    Hello,

    I need to create yearbooks by grade and then by teacher, so each classroom will have its own page with the teacher photo and the kids in that teachers class. Every class has a different amount of kids in the class.
    This is for elementary not like middle or high school that it is done by grade level, alpha order.
    Basically
    page 2- kinder- Mrs. Brown class only (24 kids)
    page 3- kinder- Mrs. Crown class only (28 kids)
    page 4- kinder- Mrs. Smith class only (18 kids)
    page 5- 1st grade- Mrs. Deed class only
    page 6- 1st grade- Mrs. Flores class only
    page 7- 1st grade- Mrs. Moore class only
    etc, etc…

    Does anyone know of a plug in that will do this? I cannot get it to work with the main data merge by classroom and grade.

    I have the pspa, text excel file from the photographer that links numbers to the file names of the kids photos.
    File number Last Name First Name Teacher Dept.
    00425569 Rowe Trenton Miss Nordwick Student

    I am also trying to use a papa file to upload photos to our yearbook. Did you ever get the instructions to do this?
