XML – Error on load DTD

      When I try to load a DTD file into InDesign I always get an error “Not well-formed. Line: 1, Column: 136”
      The error always shows up regardless which DTD I try to load. I tried to load the DTD’s in CC2019 and CC2018, the error shows up every time.
      I can’t find an answer searching on the internet. Has somebody else encountered this error?

      Hi Marc,
      line 1 should be the XML declaration, something like this: <?xml version=”1.0″ encoding=”UTF-8″?>, maybe the software you are using to create the DTD write something that don’t like to InDesign.
      You should check which is the character #136 in line 1.
