Word "bookmark" to hyperlink cs5.5

      Hy,

      Is there a way to convert the bookmarks coming from “word” to hyperlinks in Indesign 5.5? The bookmarks made by Word work fine, but the author wants them to be hyperlinks, so that you can jump from one word in the text to another page in the same document.
