    Hi everybody,
    I started working on an existing document & when I tried to change the display performances for “High quality display” to have a good preview of the pixelated images, I find them (options) grayed out all!! I’ve used them yesterday without any problem, so I’ve reopen the last document I worked on yesterday (I thought the problem is specific to today’s document) but I got the same problem ! All options in the menu of Display performances are ‘disabled’ ! Do you have any idea ?

    Are you talking about the items in the View > Display Performance menu? Or the options you see if you right-click on an image?

    Thanks for replying David,

    I’m talking about the items in the View ->Display Performances menu. The link you send is very interesting, too bad I didn’t find a similar case to mine in the list ; ( !

    PS:I’m sure I have not changed any settings in the preferences or other parameters.

    Thanks a lot for your help David !
    I’ve tried to rebuild my preferences file as shown in the link you sent me, it didn’t work for me but that gave me the principle of the solution. I remembred I had saved a copy of my preferences file when I started with inDesign for the first time, I found it, copy it in the right folder & everything is in order now !
