      The design/layout or the content?

      I've been commissioned to produce a newsletter for our school (for free) and I've been learning InDesign for a few weeks so I can do a good job. I need to work on the style, colours and layout and wanted to know if this is worth doing – for 12 pages of A4 or do I have to do this as I enter the articles etc? I have access to a folder on our network that has got quite a few articles and photos in ready to use but there's not 12 pages worth of information yet.

      Are there templates available that you would recommend? We have a very strong school ID so it should be easy to take the colours and images we've got already and suit the newsletter to the school style.
