Hi, I am currently working in a book that contains 24 indd files each containing a chapter. I can easily edit them and so on. What I haven’t been able to do is to be able to work on the book as if it were one file for the sake of viewing the flow of it all, like when viewing a real book. I can only visualize the individual chapters, and not all of them as one unitary design. Thank you.

      The best options are:

      1. Export the entire book as a PDF (from the book panel menu… deselect all items in the book panel first, to export all of them)

      2. Place all the INDD documents into another “master” INDD file. (Yes, you can place an InDesign document into another InDesign document, and it acts like a graphic)
