    I have an InDesign 5.5 document with video on some pages and navigation buttons (previous page, next page).

    When I export it to an interactive pdf, the videos and buttons relocate to the upper left, completely off the page.

    Like it was moved 1/2 page up and 1/2 page to the left. I can’t find anyone else having the same problem online, but there has to be someone, right? :)

    Are you viewing this in Acrobat or Reader? Or Preview or a browser window or some other pdf “clone”? Interactive PDF is best viewed in Acrobat or Adobe Reader.

    But if that’s not the problem… then, wow, that’s weird… might need to rebuild your preferences or do an IDML of your doc to clear up corruption?

    Hi David!

    It appears the same way in either Reader or Acrobat…and I’ve tried creating a brand new document and it has the same problem.

    I will, however, try saving it as IDML and rebuild prefs and see how that works

    I can reposition the items inside Acrobat, but that’s not exactly practical!

    Exporting as IDML didn’t work, but rebuilding the preferences seems to have done it!
