Video Poster Not Showing Up iPad

      Exported reflowable EPUB. All videos are .mp4, H.264, 1280×720.

      Anchored above line, centered.

      The poster images does not show up on iPad until movie is played.

      Any thoughts?

      Upon further checking, an older ID document was opened, exported and did the same thing.

      Something has changed. Is this a bug in ID?
