Video hiccups fuzzy type in interactive PDF

      I've placed a video in my InDesign 5.5 file and exported as an interactive PDF. When I hit the play button, it hiccups or stutters for a second before playing properly. I've checked the source file, a .flv and it doesn't occur there.

      The other problem is the quality of type in my title frame. It looks fine in the .flv but is fuzzy in the PDF.

      When I export I'm using High quality JPEG at 144 resolution.
