      Hello all,

I’ve successfully created a lovely table of contents style that I would like to use in the majority of the documents I create…but I can’t figure out how to do so. I’ve clicked on “save style” within the TOC menu, but said “saved” style doesn’t appear in the drop down list in any other document. Any ideas on how to actually save the style so that I don’t have to recreate it each time? Or is this like master pages where I need to create the TOC style in a template document?

      Thanks!

Yup, it’s more like master pages. TOC styles are saved in the document. But, like color swatches or paragraph styles, you can load them from another document by choosing Layout > TOC Styles and then clicking Load. (Then choose that other document.)
